WHAT DO WE DO

We help the Ship-owner to ensure that their ships comply with the rules and regulations set by IMO regarding sulphur emissions. We help the Owner to choose a system that suits the unique requirement of each vessel. Feasibility study and selection of equipment will be done prior to drawing preparation. We offer Basic design work involving all disciplines of Naval Architecture, Structure, Machinery, Electrical and Piping. Production drawing and detailed material list shall be prepared based on the drawings approved by Owner, Class and other relevant authorities.

HOW DO WE DO IT

Scrubber retrofit design is unique for each vessel due to the use of different make, different capacities. The point cloud data received from a high accuracy 3D Laser Scanner, is used to develop a precise production package including detailed material list, piping spool and isometric drawings, equipment installation drawing, foundation drawings, structural modification and detailed drawings of mechanical, piping and electrical components

We provide the Client with a complete kit of drawings ready for class approval of retrofit design ensuring easy procurement, fabrication and identifying the key concerns during installation.
