SEDS, through internal research and consultations with our many international clients are currently developing several CSR compliant designs like:

  • 37,000 DWT Double Hull Bulk Carrier - SAKURA Series
    SAKURA is an international deep sea, 5 holds, wide hatch type multipurpose dry cargo and self trimming type, double hull bulk carrier with provision for grab handling, 14.0 knots, equipped with MAN B&W Marine Diesel Engine, 4 sets hydraulic level luffing cranes and hydraulically operated end folding hatch covers.
  • 61,500 DWT Single hull Bulk Carrier
  • 82,000 DWT Single Hull Bulk Carrier - TBN
  • 105,000 DWT Single Hull Bulk Carrier – TBN
Advantages of Our Designs:

These vessels will be modern, international deep sea Bulk Carriers with  5 or more holds and wide hatches designed for multipurpose dry-bulk cargo. Vessel’s strength parameters are decided considering good flexibility in loading pattern. Optimum level of automation is adopted to improve operational efficiency and  keep operational costs to minimum.

They will have operation-friendly cargo holds with provision for grab handling and hydraulically operated end folding hatch covers giving vessels short port-stay and quick turn around.
