At SEDS we are committed to making a difference. We are in the process of building up a company that is unique and a great place to work. |
We are a fast growing team of 100 highly skilled Naval architects and Engineers from diverse fields working as one cohesive Team to come up with winning designs. Our team of highly focused designers range from senior members with a wealth of experience in ship design and marine industry to junior members with unparalleled enthusiasm. Our first design the "SAKURA" has already captured the attention of the market. |
In addition to inculcating good business practices, we aim to groom well rounded and well balanced individuals. In order to develop the team’s social as well as self expression skills we conduct regular personal improvement workshops. Priority is given to collective sharing and caring and that in turn has become the impetus for our coordination, cohesiveness, and team work. |
| SEDS attracts the best talents from the Universities, Institutes, and other organizations. Our intensive training programs consists of regular class room lectures imparted by senior University professors, senior designers from SEDS and on the job practical training in various shipyards in India and abroad. |
